What are personality profiles?

Personality profiles help you understand why people behave the way they do. They make visible what often remains beneath the surface: preferences, thinking styles, and communication styles.

Instead of putting people in boxes, you use these models as a framework to better understand behavior and respond to it more effectively.

Which models does Expert Academy use?

We combine insights from the most widely used models:

DISC → behavior and communication style (direct, analytical, people-oriented, stable)
Insights Discovery → preferred styles based on color energies
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) → personality preferences such as introversion/extraversion and thinking/feeling
HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) → thinking styles and how people process information
