Online Recruitment and Employer Branding

About this training

Social media has become a vital part of recruiting, hiring and selection. The battle for strong talent is raging! And the talent itself is becoming increasingly picky and demanding. High potentials are well prepared for the next leap in their careers.

That is why social media are a crucial tool for your HR communication and in the search for talent. Job seekers often first search online - via social media - for information about their future employer. As a recruiter it is therefore crucial to also communicate and connect with this target group via this route.
In this workshop 'Recruiting and Employer Branding', together with you we look at the areas of action where social media can make the difference for you as an HR professional.

This is crucial because social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and even TikTok ensure that candidates can orient themselves to you as an employer in an easily accessible way as well as find their way to your vacancies.

They may be interested in the content of a vacancy, but mainly need information about the work environment, the work atmosphere, the activities with colleagues ... They seek this information through contacts in their network, but also by directly asking questions to the recruiter, employer or possible future colleagues.  Through a focused and clear employer branding we can ensure that future employees receive a clear answer to their questions, quickly find the right information and get a positive image of our organization.

The training offers a mix of knowledge-oriented experiential learning, practical exercises and interaction with the teacher and the participants in the group.
You get to work with the company profiles and your personal profile in order to create Employer Branding messages as well as placing vacancies on your own and company profiles.

This training is organized in both an online and offline workshop.

An online workshop offers a unique 'live online' approach, where participants get to work with the trainer through live video sessions. In this way we succeed in applying the practice immediately to the concrete work situation.

In the offline workshop it is a must that the participant brings his/her laptop and smartphone so we can immediately apply Sales Navigator to his/her situation. Practice is the key to the success of this workshop.
