This training is aimed at managers, team leaders, project leaders, coordinators and management professionals who want to strengthen their assertive skills and develop assertive leadership.
We work in small groups, which is why this training is strongly practice-oriented with concrete cases, self-insight, practice sessions and interactive simulations. In this way, you will succeed in immediately applying the learned techniques to your own professional situation.
During the training you will develop a personal action plan.
We use a “learning by doing” training methodology to support behavior change through highly interactive training. Using our customized cases and exercises, we ensure that participants apply the skills and strategies learned and receive intensive coaching and feedback. We utilize role plays, in-the-action feedback, simulations and other learning techniques.
