As a manager you have tasks and responsibilities that require decision-making. Taking decisions takes place on 2 levels:

  1. Personal level
  2. Business level

Every day situations arise in which we want or need to serve personal and 'business' interests. Situations in which we want to keep the relationship well and at the same time go for a good result or even a personal win. Every time we work together, come to decisions or resolve conflicts, we have to deal with negotiating dynamics.

At the same time customers and employees are becoming increasingly critical and demanding, the pressure to perform is increasing. Complex characters, parties and / or cultures can play a role. Research and experience show that in every negotiation - to a greater or lesser extent - the same dilemmas occur. The answers to these dilemmas form the 'backbone' of our approach, provide overview and guidance and determine your success as a manager, team player, negotiating partner and leader.

After explaining the assignment to the participants, the game is played without the intervention of the trainer, who is only an observer. When the game ends, the trainer will give feedback on individual and group level.
